Prior to Open Development, Ilyse was a Policy Analyst in USAID‘s Office of Policy in the Bureau for Policy, Planning and Learning, working on topics such as the SDGs, data revolution, ICT, and cyber. Prior to joining USAID, she worked as a legal consultant at the World Food Programme focusing on rolling out the cash and voucher program, and as an associate at King & Spalding LLP where she worked on international and domestic corporate fraud and bribery cases. She holds a Master’s Degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science, a JD Degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, and BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
