Pandu came to public health from tourism in 2021 bringing many talents including event planning, systems organization, problem solving, and client relations. Working with Open Development on the EpiC Project in Namibia, she has supported the launch of the integrated Human Resource Information System (iHRIS), the publication of the Health Care Workforce Status Report, and the Workload Indicators of Staffing Need (WISN) workshops among many other duties. Having lived abroad in various countries growing up, she believes that understanding different cultures and backgrounds is key to creating meaningful change in communities. She is committed to learning and growing in the field of public health and making a positive difference wherever possible.
